We would like to leave a review for our tour guide Bernice. Bernice's tour was outstanding, she took her time taking photos of all her clients/guests. She even went above and beyond by kicking up a little sand to create a natural special effect as it glimmered in the sunlight of our photos. My boyfriend sat in the front of the van with Bernice and they had a great conversation as we mentioned we are interested in moving to Arizona. She gave us great advice and insight, as well as tons of information/facts about the canyons. We really enjoyed ourselves, this tour was the highlight of our trip. I booked the pickup in the Excalibur at 5.30am, then the guy from the tour called me at 5.00am asking to go to the treasure of island before 5.30 or I would miss the tour. I had to take an Uber and then the guys from the tour were so rude with me and my wife. I showed them that I selected the pickup at the excalibur and they said, they only pickup at the Treasure, so, they said headout is offering something that is fake. I'm so disappointed with this platform, and I won't recommended it to anyone.

The tour was awesome. But I asked if my reservation was for an helicopter ride. The client service said yes. But it was not. It was an aircraft ride. I was very desappointed.

Nothing to do with the place it was more about the time and things included in the tour. Our flight was 1.5 hrs delated at boulder airport so we missed our tour , no audio on airplane, we missed our tour guides in both places, antelope and horseshoe, we didn't have time for lunch and we were rush at horseshoe 15min to take pictures only. Back to airport no airplane was there we wait more than 30mt. Our reservation showed this tour was for 10 hours 30minutes, start time 10am and end time 9:30pm. We were back at the hotel at 7p.m. Our tour included light meal, we didn't have nothing and no even time to buy something. At the airport counter in Boulder city they promised to us some kind of refund per person and nothing yet, no refund, we are still waiting. Could you please let us know the status of our claim Cesar Rivera
