We had a wonderful tour in Antelope Canyon X. Our guise Al was our guide and he was friendly, relaxing, informative, and had a sense of humor. He offered photo taking for all the people in our group. It was a very sunny and hot day. Al also offered a complimentary bottle of cold water. He looked like an angel. Highly recommended.

We would like to leave a review for our tour guide Bernice. Bernice's tour was outstanding, she took her time taking photos of all her clients/guests. She even went above and beyond by kicking up a little sand to create a natural special effect as it glimmered in the sunlight of our photos. My boyfriend sat in the front of the van with Bernice and they had a great conversation as we mentioned we are interested in moving to Arizona. She gave us great advice and insight, as well as tons of information/facts about the canyons. We really enjoyed ourselves, this tour was the highlight of our trip. Thank you again Bernice, it was really nice to meet you.

The sun was shining through the rocks and Rose Ann and Ernest were very interesting to listen to. The group was small which made it much easier to get that amazing shot I was hoping for.

Best time to take a day trip from Las Vegas to Antelope Canyon

The peak season for day tours to Antelope Canyon runs from April to September, which is characterized by the famous light beams illuminating the canyon. The best months to visit the canyon are during the shoulder months of April, May, September, and October when temperatures are mild but you can still catch the light beams between 11am and 1:30pm. Aim to visit on weekdays (Tuesday to Thursday) to avoid the weekend rush, and steer clear of major holidays like Memorial Day and Independence Day. The low season, from November to March, offers fewer crowds but limited chances of seeing the iconic light beams.

Your checklist for a smooth Antelope Canyon day tour
