Lower Antelope Canyon is one of the several slot canyons that make up the Antelope Canyon in northern Arizona. A few miles away from its more famous counterpart Upper Antelope Canyon, this canyon is slightly longer and features winding paths, narrow passageways, and sandy floors that add to its adventure.
Height: The canyon walls reach around 75 feet (about 23 meters) at their tallest points.
Layout: Lower Antelope Canyon is characterized by its V-shape. It is narrower at the bottom and wider at the top.
Navajo name: *Hazdistazí *which means "spiral rock arches" in Navajo.
Access: You will need to navigate flights of stairs and ladders.
